Zeplyn Adds AI Coaching for Financial Advisors
Zeplyn, a company that provides an AI operating system for wealth management firms, has launched Advisor Coaching, a feature that automatically evaluates and scores advisor-client conversations and delivers actionable feedback without requiring managers to review transcripts manually.
The capability, now available at the organizational level for Zeplyn customers, analyzes client conversations against a customizable scoring rubric and rates each meeting against the firm’s success criteria, according to the company.
Zeplyn, which launched in stealth in 2022, publicly rolled out its core AI-driven meeting assistant and announced a $3 million seed round of funding in November 2024.
The new coaching features are part of Zeplyn’s overall roadmap to add automated analysis that runs off its AI operating system model.
In an interview, Zeplyn CEO Era Jain said that her firm would continue to add new native AI features to its platform, stating “AI notetaking was never our end goal, notetaking for us is not a product it is just a feature—building out an OS and orchestration layer that can power many things has always been our end goal.”
Advisor Coaching surfaces coaching tips tied to specific moments in conversations, and managers can use Ask Zeplyn, powered by Zeplyn Agent Nexus, to pull firm-wide performance reports across any date range, advisor or team.

Advisors can use Ask Zeplyn to build personality profiles for specific clients using intelligence from meeting notes and emails, and also role-play difficult conversations with the AI taking on a client’s persona.
Advisor Coaching is available now to Zeplyn customers, priced on a per-seat basis, starting at $120 per month per advisor seat, which includes Zeplyn Meeting Assistant.
Agentic capabilities, including managerial performance reports, insights, and AI roleplays are included with Zeplyn Agent Nexus as an upgrade starting at $195 per month per advisor seat.
Enterprise pricing is flexible and scales based on deployment model, integration needs, volume, and firm size.
